How long do orders take to fulfill?
As there's only two of us we try and get orders out within a one week turnaround time at the latest!
If your order is very time-specific please reach out to us through the contact page and we will do our best to meet your needs.
What shipping service do you use?
Almost every order is fulfilled through USPS with the exception of oversized packages (which would only be any framed or flat originals exceeding 8.5x11 or larger) with the exception of international orders which may use FedEx or DHL.
I'm missing an item, or something came damaged!
We're really sorry about that! Despite our nature online we're at the end of the day just two dudes in PA so we may make a mistake like this- reach out to us and we'll be sure any missing or improperly packaged and damaged item is taken care of.
I used the wrong address, or I need it changed!
Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page to be sure that we are shipping to the right address. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses given.
In the event a package is returned to us we will reach out to you to have it resent with new postage (by the customer) paid.
My package is missing, stolen, or misdelivered!
Please start by contacting the courier service used to see if your package is not being held by mistake, or if the courier service can assist you.
To ensure a safe delivery please use your full, human name, not an alias! If applicable include your apartment number or P.O box.
If you still need help, or want to be sure that another order arrives safe please reach out to us! We will need the following information to help you:
- Order number
- LEGAL name and full address
- Any pertinent information such as apartment number, po box, or delivery instructions that may be important to ensure safe delivery.
We will try and be in contact with you for possible solutions, or to help figure out what happened to your packages as much as we are capable to!
Please note that once the package leaves our residence, The Cockatrice Club team is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing. The buyer understands that though unfortunate and uncommon packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered, are not the responsility of the team.

If you're curious where a piece went and you're wondering if it will be restocked- please don't hesitate to reach out!
A lot of items since my last store opening have since been retired and will not be remade- you will find these in the "last chance" section or with "last chance" listings.
Do you ever sell Patreon prints or stickers here?
Any Patreon rewards of the current year (2026) will not be sold online until the following year (2027) leftovers of subsequent years or designs that were voted on by Patrons to become mainstay may be found in the shop, though!
Where do your products come from?
Finished products are printed (or hand made) primarily within the United States with the exception of Wooden Pins or recycled Acrylic Keychains being produced by ZAP! Creatives in the United Kingdom and baseball hats which were produced in China- of which will not have a return.
None of our items are dropshipped or fulfilled by outside sources- please reach out if you have any questions about a particular item or listing!
Where do you get your Riso prints made?
At this time all Risograph prints are printed either through Just Right Press and CART Press! Each listing for risographs will list who was the printer for that particular run.
Will (insert merch) ever come back?
Depending on the piece, it's possible that it will make a return and we would love to hear what you were thinking of!
There are guaranteed some types of merchandise that will not make a return such as acrylic charms- while other items such as baseball hats or woven patches will not be restocked until a suitable manufacturer has been found within the US.
Why do your shirts/tanks/sweaters have such small runs?
Storage for any sort of large, heavy, or bulky merchandise is pretty difficult for a small apartment! As a result I typically only do a run of a particular shirt/design once a year so that we don't get overwhelmed with goods.
